Hester se 4 dae dieet

HEART FOUNDATION DIET
This diet must be followed strictly & you will lose up to 4kg in 4 days.
DAY 1
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Black tea / coffee Black tea / coffee 90g cold meat (any)
1 Grapefruit 1/2  cup tuna in water 1 cup green beans
1 Slice toast (whole wheat) 1 Slice Toast (whole wheat) 1 cup beetroot (no vinegar)
2t Peanut Butter   1 small apple
    1 cup 0% ice cream
DAY 2
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Black tea / coffee 1 cup Cottage cheese  2 Viennas (Weighless)
1 Hard boiled egg 5 Savoury biscuits 1 cup Broccoli
1/2 banana   1/2 cup Carrots
    1/2 Banana
    1/2 cup 0% ice cream
DAY 3
Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Black tea / coffee 1 Hard boiled egg 1 cup Tuna in water
3 Savoury biscuits 1 Slice toast (whole wheat) 1 cup Beetroot (no vinegar)
1 Slice chedder cheese   1 cup Cauliflower
1 small apple   1/2 Spanspek
    1/2 cup 0% ice cream
This diet works through chemical breakdown and has been proven. NO DEVIATIONS
OR REPLACEMENTS ARE ALLOWED in this diet. Salt and pepper may be used, but
absolutely NO SPICES.
The diet must be strictly followed for three days otherwise it will not work.
In 3 days you will lose 4kgs. After 3 days you may eat normally for 1 day, but
within reason. Maintain healthy habits. This 3 days on 1 day off may be maintained
until desired weight is attained. You can lose between 16 - 20kg within 1 month, 
provided you follow the rules.
Toast must dry. Savoury biscuits i.e TUC & Ritz. Tuna, beans and veggies may be
tinned, it is not necessary for fresh veggies. Should any item not be available, it
MAY NOT BE REPLACED with something else, you have to make do without.
